During training, if an employee fails a quiz three times, they will be locked out of the system. At that point, a manager will need to manually unlock their access so they can continue.
When an employee is locked out, the Manager will receive an email with a link that, when clicked, will unlock the employee.
Alternatively, you can unlock the employee through the Better Beer Admin.
Note: the courses are not difficult at all. If someone fails the quiz three times, it indicates they have not been reading the workbook or watching the videos. They are attempting to game the system. This is a good coaching opportunity.
