There are two courses:
Serve Better Beer - designed for anyone who handles draught. Covers proper pour, changing kegs, using FOBs, beer clean glasses, upselling,... and more
Advancing Better Beer - designed for Managers/keyholders. More advanced than Serve Better Beer, this course covers advanced troubleshooting, beer line chillers, line cleaning, beer gas,... and more.
Once printed, post the Serve Better Beer sheet somewhere where your staff have access to it, so they can scan the QR code to access online training courses.
Post the Advancing Better Beer sheet in the office or in a location accessible only to your managers. Scanning the QR code on this sheet gives you access to both courses; it is both courses in one.
